Fast and easy, we called late on Friday with a breakdown. Was offered a weekend callout but as we were closed went for the following week. Engineer arrived Monday AM, had the machine operational before lunch and it has not missed a beat since.

It's as easy as 1,2,3...

  1. Drop in your faulty machine to our workshops, or arrange a FREE local collection (within 5 miles of S18 4AB). We will take a few details and a £10 inspection charge (deductable from any work completed).
  2. Our engineers will provide a full quotation for repair, usually within 2 -3 working days. They will also let you know of any lead times if necessary. You make a decision and let us know if you would like your machine repairing or not.
  3. Your machine is repaired if quotation accepted and we will let you know as soon as it is ready for collection or delivery.
