CCM Delivery

All orders over £250 to UK Mainland are sent FREE of charge.

All order over £250 are sent out to UK mainland addresses free of charge. Orders under £250 have a delivery cost of £5.99. Items are sent out via Royal Mail (Small items up to 2kg), larger items are dispatched using Parcel Force and machine deliveries are carried out by a range of couriers or our own CCM team.

 

Machine Deliveries

All machines are sent via a range of selected couriers depending on location, weight and availability. We always pick the fastest option for our customers.

CCM will deliver larger machines and we offer free training and installation for all large machines. Please contact us before placing an order to arrange delivery and installation. In some instances if we are un-available or fully booked, we will send out a machine and can attend site once the machine has been delivered to assist with installation and training.

 

Training and installation

With larger machines, such as large sweepers and scrubber dryers, we will attend site to set-up the machine correctly, and offer training to anyone who will be using the machine so you can get the most from any machines purchased from us. Additional training and support can be arranged at later dates if required for a small cost, and we can also offer video chat support and training for all machines supplied.

 

Delivery Times

Most deliveries will be received within 2-3 working days of order being placed. Working days are Monday - Friday.

*Working days - Weekends and bank holidays are not included.
