Repairs and servicing are different—repairs fix existing faults, while servicing helps prevent them. If your commercial cleaning machine isn’t working correctly, a repair may be necessary to restore functionality. Repairs address specific issues such as electrical faults, worn-out parts, or mechanical failures. While we can fix most problems, regular servicing helps prevent breakdowns and reduces the likelihood of costly repairs in the future.

Our repairs include a full diagnosis of the issue, with a detailed written quotation outlining all costs before any work begins. This includes a breakdown of parts, labor, and any associated items needed for the repair. As part of the service, we carry out an electrical safety test and provide a PAT test. We also conduct a general check-over of the machine to ensure it’s operating as expected. Once repaired, your machine will be wiped down and cleaned before being returned to you.

This completely depends on your machines condition, what needs fitting and what type of machine you have. We ALWAYS provide a full written quotation before doing any service or repair work and will provide a through breakdown of the costs.

ANY commercial or industrial cleaning machines. We are happy to take in any type of cleaning machine for repair or service providing it is industrial or commercial. We do also repair and service domestic cleaning machines, but this service is only available in our workshops and all domestic machines need to be dropped into store.
